Enjoyed the modern look and the prompt service. The rooftop bar offered delicious cocktails and a great party atmosphere. The hotel was within walking distance to the city center, making it easy to explore. Appreciated having a generator during power outages.

If you're a light sleeper, avoid getting a room on the second floor above the bar area as the bass from the party music can keep you up all night. Some of the restaurant staff could use some improvement in their customer service skills.

We recently went on a romantic escape to a hotel in Ukraine and it was truly wonderful. the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to the city center and a well-stocked supermarket was nearby. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and we were impressed with the generator they had to combat the electrical outages. the breakfast was delicious and the room was cleaned regularly. We loved the modern decor and the rooftop bar where we enjoyed amazing cocktails accompanied by the sound of lovely music.

That we felt could be improved. the elevator's ring was quite loud and could be heard from our room, which woke us up a few times during the night.
